In the wake of the infamous speaker incident where Richie Hawtin shoved a stage monitor onto a fan, he now comes public with a brief video response to both the incident and his subsequent  ill-received apology on his official Facebook page www.facebook.com/richiehawtin.

In the video he reflects upon the wide media attention and the severity of the act. He concludes saying the problem became so big, not to say world wide, that he had to offer a response.
